Local attendees

If local attendees need to stay at the hotel during the meeting, you can select the option. This way they will be considered in the accommodation price.

Shoulder Nights

If the traveler(s) arrive at the destination a day in advance or need to stay an extra day due to their flights, TROOP will include it in the number of hotel nights.

Preferred hotels

Companies can upload preferred hotels with negotiated rates or any dynamic discounts they have for more customized meeting analysis results.
