Does TROOP reflect my company-negotiated rates? 

To confirm whether your administrator has successfully uploaded your rates, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Accommodations section of a destination.

2. Once in the Accommodations section, search for a hotel that you have a negotiated rate with. 

3. After selecting a hotel, check if it is designated as "preferred." This means that your administrator has uploaded the negotiated rates.
