Flights

Get all the information you need on flights, including tips on how to change them and choose the ideal option.

On the "Transport" page, you have the opportunity to explore a wide array of flight options that match the criteria outlined in your travel policy.

Take your time to scroll through all the available choices and simply click on any flight to gather detailed information about the departure and arrival airports, as well as any potential layovers.

Rest assured that TROOP will automatically select the most convenient flight for your attendees, considering factors such as travel time and the start and end time of the meeting.

How to change flights?

If the pre-selected flight does not meet your satisfaction, you have the flexibility to choose a more suitable option. Simply click on the "Select" button (located to the right, under the cost) to change your flight.Untitled (5)

How to find the best flight?

On the left side of your screen, you will find seven filters. By adjusting these filters, you can search for flights that better match your preferences and requirements.

  1. Stops: number of stops with the corresponding average cost of such flights.
  2. Travel duration: maximum travel hours round trip, including layovers.
  3. Price: maximum cost per person round trip.
  4. Conscious flights: maximum CO2 emission per person round trip.
  5. Departure times: minimum and/or maximum departure times for outbound and/or inbound flights.
  6. Include out-of-policy: show flights that don't comply with the parameters set in the travel policy.
  7. Include non-feasible flights: show flights that allow your travelers to arrive less than three hours before the start time of the meeting or leave less than three hours after the end of the meeting.
