Local attendees

If local attendees or guests need to stay at the hotel during the meeting, you can toggle on the option to Include local attendees/guests from the comparison screen. This way they will be considered in the accommodation price.

Shoulder Nights

If the traveler(s) arrive at the destination a day in advance or need to stay an extra day due to their flights, TROOP will include it in the number of hotel nights.
