Administrators can easily manage user roles and permissions in TROOP with the User Management screen.
💡Note: If some features look different or are unavailable, it could be due to your organization's specific license or purchase.
To view or make changes to your users and their roles, navigate to the Users tab located at the top left of your screen.
There are four types of user roles:

Guest

User

Manager
-
Administrator
By default, all new users will be set as User.
