        CO2 emissions

            • Click here to learn how carbon emissions are being calculated - Carbon emissions are calculated on distance and cabin class. Disclaimer: Engine type & Cargo/Passenger loads aren't considered.
            • Please note: TROOP uses myclimate.org's previous methodology using an RFI factor of 2. Myclimate.org's current methodology uses an RFI factor of 3.

            • See the weather forecast at the time of the meeting.

        Hotels

            • The tool selects the cheapest options with free cancellation that a hotel has to offer
            • The maximum number set across all providers is 8 people. Thus, when a meeting has more than 8 attendees, we follow the formula below:

            • When a meeting has more than 9 attendees from the same origin, we follow the formula below:
