🏨 Why can't I find a hotel?

If the hotel you are looking for isn’t referencing booking.com, it won’t show on the platform even if it’s in your preferred hotel rate list.

If you can’t find the hotel on TROOP, but it is available on booking.com, it would be due to one of the following reasons:

• The hotel doesn’t have available rooms at the time of the meeting.
• The hotel’s rate is higher than your city/country caps.
• The hotel’s star rating does not comply with the travel policy set by your company
