Why can't I find a hotel?

If a hotel isn’t listed on Booking.com, it won’t appear on TROOP.

If you can’t find a hotel on TROOP but it is available on Booking.com, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The hotel has no available rooms for the meeting dates.

  • The hotel has a star rating of 1-2 stars. TROOP automatically excludes hotels with ratings below 3 stars.

  • The hotel is outside the proximity specified in your policy.
