Access your TROOP Account

Follow below for a step-by-step guide to accessing your account for the first time.

To sign up for TROOP, you'll need your work email address. Watch the video or follow the steps below for a quick walkthrough: 

1. Check your inbox for an email from TROOP with the subject line: You're invited! Set up your TROOP account today.

   In the email, click the "Join Organization" button. This will take you to the TROOP platform, where you can set up your account.

   • Enter your email address.
   • Fill in the required details.
     • First name
     • Last name
     • Password
       Make sure it meets the security requirements.
2. Terms & Conditions: Read and agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy by checking the box.
3. Complete the sign-up: Once all fields are correctly filled, the "Sign Up" button will turn green.
