- Please note: TROOP uses myclimate.org's previous methodology using an RFI factor of 2. Myclimate.org's current methodology uses an RFI factor of 3.

- The tool selects the cheapest options with free cancellation that a hotel has to offer.
- The maximum number set across all providers is 8 people. Thus, when a meeting has more than 8 attendees, we follow the formula below:
