This feature helps you share important information attendees need to know before they travel, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Whether you’re confirming venues, sharing accommodation details, or adding last-minute notes and links, you’re in control of what goes out and when.
How It Works
Once your meeting destination is locked in, you can create, preview, and send a summary email to all or selected attendees. The message automatically includes key meeting information:
- Meeting Name
- Dates and Times
- Destination
You can also customize the message to include additional information, such as:
- Venue Details
- Accommodation
- Custom Notes and Updates
📍You can attach up to five files (e.g., PDFs with transport info, packing lists, or agendas) to your message.
You can track who has received the latest communication in the Attendees Roster. You’ll see the last communication date for each attendee.
💡 If an attendee responds to the meeting brief email, their reply will be sent to the meeting organizer.
