Single Sign-On (SSO)

This guide provides the necessary details for your IT team to set up SSO. 

SSO enhances security and simplifies access by allowing users to log in to TROOP with their existing company credentials. 

Setup Instructions:

Here is the information your IT team needs to configure SSO for TROOP using SAML 2.0: 

1. Entity ID: troop-app-prod

2. ACS URL (SSO URL): https://app.trooptravel.com/__/auth/handler

3. Named Format: email (unless otherwise specified by our agreement)

4. Access to the application should be granted with and without a VPN

5. Security groups include all employees who need access to the application </aside>

Additional information:

• Our user accounts are created with JIT(Just in Time Provisioning) in your application.
• We manually manage changes to usernames/email addresses in our system.
• Access is controlled with OKTA.
• Our application is not mobile-enabled.
