The Flight Timeline makes it easy to coordinate ground transportation and arrange taxis for attendees arriving at the same time.
Use the “Meeting arrivals” tab to see all inbound flights and the “Meeting departures” tab for outbound flights, each organized by attendee for your convenience.
Within the Flight Timeline, you have the ability to view full route information and adjust the flight selections for each attendee:
