What’s the best way to plan or evaluate meeting locations several months in advance?
We recommend planning within a 12-month window, as that’s the furthest out we have access to reliable flight data. If your meeting is scheduled more than a year in advance, try selecting the same season in the current year to get a general sense of options.
When selecting dates more than 6 months out, you’ll see a warning—this is because airlines haven’t finalized schedules or pricing, which can affect the accuracy of results.
Why this matters:
-
Pricing: Fares shown far in advance are often placeholders or based on limited inventory, and don’t reflect real prices travelers will pay once flights are released.
-
Availability: Early results may show seats that won't actually be available later or may miss flights that haven’t been added yet.
