How to create a Troop?

Learn the different ways to create a Troop. A Troop allows you to create and save a list of where attendees are coming from in advance. This saves you valuable time and effort by eliminating the need to enter their origins each time manually.

There are three ways to create troops: starting from scratch, during the initial setup of a meeting when adding attendees, or from a list of attendees from a pre-existing meeting.

1. Create a Troop from scratch

 

 

2. Create a Troop from your list of attendees

You have two options: 

  1. At the time of adding your attendees' origins
  2. From a list of attendees from a pre-existing meeting
